Hamilton, Bermuda – 13 August 2025: Paradise Mobile has announced it has promoted Ashantae Goater to Senior Brand Ambassador, in recognition of her exceptional contributions and leadership throughout her two years with the company.
In her newly expanded role, Goater will take on increased responsibilities in billing and charging operations, whilst continuing to drive improvements in customer service delivery. She has emerged as a key leader in managing customer interactions, support tickets and billing cycles, whilst playing a prominent role in supporting the development and continuous improvement of Paradise Mobile's billing system.
Since joining Paradise Mobile at the beginning, Goater has demonstrated remarkable adaptability and ownership in navigating the company's start-up environment. Her end-to-end thinking approach has been instrumental in understanding how business rules, systems and customer experience interconnect. Goater's commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of her work, from the company's ticketing system to her ability to gather feedback, organise actionable insights and maintain a solution-focused approach during challenging moments.

Reflecting on her journey, Goater emphasises the adaptability and accountability she has developed in the dynamic start-up environment. 'In my two years at Paradise, I've learned not only to be comfortable with change but also to understand how each change aligns with our business needs and long-term goals,' she said.
‘In this new role, I’m looking forward to deepening my involvement in customer-focused support and our billing processes, while also playing a bigger role in mentoring and supporting my colleagues in their growth. One of the areas I truly enjoy is billing, so I’m eager to become even more involved with our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes and support our corporate clients. I’ve always had a thing for working with numbers and have previous AR and AP experience, so there’s plenty of opportunity to grow here in Paradise.’
