Hamilton, Bermuda - 15 October 2025: The leadership team of Paradise Mobile returned last week from a successful CTU ICT Week 2025 in Jamaica, where they joined ministers, regulators, and industry leaders from across the Caribbean to discuss connectivity, innovation and the future of digital infrastructure.
Representing Bermuda, Paradise Mobile engaged in productive discussions on spectrum policy, infrastructure investment, and emerging digital services, highlighting the island’s potential as a hub for innovation. The Paradise Mobile team were also honoured to deliver a keynote address, outlining how the company has evolved since last year - from launching Bermuda’s first next-generation 5G+ AI-RAN network to exploring new frontiers that are fast approaching.
‘CTU ICT Week was an incredible forum for collaboration,’ said Sam Tabbara, CEO of Paradise Mobile, ‘and a powerful gathering of innovators, regulators and regional leaders shaping the future of connectivity across the Caribbean.’
‘We’re always grateful for the opportunity to meet with stakeholders from across the region, listen to the shared challenges of our jurisdictions and be able to collaborate on bold solutions for the next generation of networks. It was an honour to be invited to address the general meeting and share a keynote on how the Paradise story has evolved since we last met a year ago. Exciting things ahead for the region… and for Paradise!’
The visit coincided with another milestone for Paradise Mobile’s innovative work: the company’s partnership with BermudAir was recognised with a Glotel Awards nomination, celebrating advancements in connectivity and digital services across the Caribbean.
Looking ahead, Paradise Mobile is focused on continuing to transform connectivity in Bermuda while exploring opportunities across the region and beyond. With ongoing innovation in digital services and network development, the company’s future looks bright, and Bermuda’s role as an innovation island is only set to grow.
